Ah yes, the henhouse WPA, revisited in a new century--where the roads and bridges and dams find their reincarnation as broadband schools. Or interiors, green. And yet and yet, the shovel, the rake, the hoe--implements of the farmer's life, appropriate, too, when every techno-jot and tittle must need be questioned. What price power? What price love?
